within the warranty period due to component or
workmanship failure are provided at no charge.
Medusa Research reserves the right to repair or
replace defective products at its discretion.
Repair times vary depending on parts availability,
workload, and the extent of the repairs necessary.
Please contact us for repairs and repair pricing
to products outside the warranty period or due
to other damage.
When returning a product for repair, please pack
the product securely, and be sure to include your
contact information, a description of the problem
including the details of your model (cells, motor,
etc), and either the order number, a copy of your
receipt or where it was purchased.

received the final cost of the repairs enter your
