Medusa Research's 12mm motor provides extreme power in a very small light weight package. Getting the power you want into your small, weight-sensitive model is no longer a dream. With no brushes to burn out this high quality, cost effective motor is the last IPS motor you will have to buy. The 12mm motors were designed in the USA by Medusa Research’s experienced electric motor engineers, and were created with the needs of RC models in mind. Our design is the result of cutting edge computer simulation and years of real-world testing. Medusa’s 12mm series are designed to be drop-in replacements for your CN-12 (IPS) motors. They feature the same dimensions and screw holes with common 0-80 threads. An extra long rotor shaft provides improved grip for press-on plastic fans and propellers.

For performance, price, and quality of workmanship, our motors are simply the best on the market today.

Afterburner motors provide more power, higher efficiency, and longer flight times than other available brushless motors.
