Medusa Research's Battery Eliminator Circuits eliminate the need for a separate battery pack to run the receiver and servos by stepping down the voltage of the main battery.
Smaller, secondary battery packs are a nuisance to maintain and charge, take up valuable space, and add weight to your model. Removing them through the use of a BEC frees up
the space and weight, and reduces the number of failure-prone parts. The 1.5 Amp BEC is specifically designed for the small lightweight models. It is only 21x21mm, less than
3/4 square inch in size! Medusa Research BECs save space and weight in your model, can boost performance by improving your thrust-to-weight ratio, and are a cost effective
alternative to secondary battery packs. While the standard 5 Volts is perfect for most applications, the 1.5 Amp BEC is available in 6 Volts for faster servo throws.
ESC connects directly to BEC. Removing or
cutting wires is no longer necessary.
